Starting out as Berkhamsted’s first boxing gym, Harry’s has evolved into a full-blown fitness concept. Now one of Hertfordshire’s most popular HYROX affiliated gym’s, we also offer everything from fast and furious circuits to slow and steady strength training. Whether you want to work out for an hour or fit in a quick 45 minute class; enjoy open gym in your own time or try our new small group PT sessions, we welcome everyone, from 8-80.
